TUESDAY MORNING YOGA CLASS at TRINITY CHURCH
Autumn is here, the leaves are changing, time for you to change too !
(10.45am - 12.00am) at £9 per class (Drop-in All Levels)
Venue - Trinity Church, Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, AL1 3RD - in the Main Hall
This is a beautiful, large space near St Albans Station and is ideal for yoga practice
The morning class is suitable for all levels and will be gently challenging
The evening class may be more challenging and suitable for intermediate level and those wanting a more intense experience
Parking
There is a small car park at the church, if full there is parking on single yellow lines on Beaconsfield Road after 10.30 am.

Information
Please bring a yoga mat with you – although there will be some spares available on the day and a blanket for final relaxation. Geoff McCann is a highly experienced and sought after yoga teacher. His classes are always popular and fun
